HAITI

First Baptist Church Leamington is committed  as God's family to proclaim the Gospel of Christ; to teach the principles of Christian living, to actively support the gospel of Christ throughout the world, within our community, education system and every area of society and to express the Love of Christ as a caring community to those in need.

To that end, FBC has committed to providing financial assistance to the Hope Bible Institute, Cap Haitien Seminary. With the aim that through the students of the Institute, the Gospel of Christ will be spread in Haiti and more people will  come to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Pastor Saint Ange Monestime will administer these funds to purchase, for the Institute, educational supplies such as books, and teaching aids for the use by Institute students to complete their biblical studies.

Dear Beloved Friends,

Greetings from Cap Hatien Haiti! We hope that this letter will find you in good health. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
We want to thank you very much for your partnership with us to do the work with us in Cap Haitien Haiti. You have played an important role in our ministry. We are greatful to God for giving us faithful friends like YOU. We praise the Lord for what He has already accomplished through our different ministries.

May God richly bless you as you continue to serve Him and minister to His people! We send you our warm Christian greetings.

MEXICO

Hablando Menos

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to help the abandoned elderly in our area. The elderly really have no recourse apart from family and a small stipend they receive, government services are very few. After seeing a great need a small group of Christians decided to build and maintain a Home for the abandoned elderly. They will have staff on hand to provide a safe, caring, Christ-guided environment for this special group of people.

QUEEN ELIZABETH SCHOOL

Breakfast Program

During the school year volunteers prepare a breakfast of toast & jam, applesauce and cereal bars. As a special treat sometimes we provide yogurt, juice and fresh fruit.

Approximately 40 young students enjoy a healthy breakfast each day. The students and the staff notice a remarkable improvement in the children's ability to concentrate on their studies when they have a full stomach. The need for this program is great. Some supplies are generously donated by the congregation, the rest are purchased by the church.

ROCK ON CAMPUS

Each year, hundreds of students start college and the battle for their hearts, souls, and minds takes its toll.

I'm writing to let you know that The Rock on Campus is here to serve you and your young adults. We have chaplains appointed to Fanshawe, Lambton, and St Clair College campuses ready to reach out and serve the students who attend your church, and who come from across Ontario, Canada, and the world. BIBLE CENTERED MISSIONS

Locally we have these programs:

Elementary Bible Clubs: grades 1-6. These clubs are held weekly in the afternoon after school in some of our schools.  They are taught by BCM missionaries and volunteers.  Our local missionaries are Marilyn White, Kathy Shaw And Candy Kenny.

Mailbox Bible Club: for children ages 4-12. Mailbox Bible Club is a Bible Club conducted by mail. Children receive free age appropriate Bible lessons in the mail. After reading the lessons, the children answer the question page, and return the lesson to the club leader. At the end of the course a certificate is given. Email BCM for a free sample Bible lesson at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
